Welcome to RTW (Ready to Work) Alumni only retreat style intensive. Dancers must have attended at least one summer event to apply. 

This is an 8 day intensive for alumni only that will include a music video shoot with an artist, dance shots, headshots with hair and make-up team, one on one technique and talkback with CDI faculty and guests, virtual meeting with casting and talent agents, and so much more. 

Faculty and dancers will all stay together in an incredible mountain mansion and all meals are included. Dance classes will be held indoors and outdoors as well as photo and video shoots on location. Seminars will be held in the indoor theatre room. 

Only a select group of alumni who we feel are ready for this level of training will be accepted. 

$4,000 for the 8 day intensive

July 2022

This year will be another retreat style event but the full 12 days for new dancers and alumni!

Join us for seminars, mock auditions, talent agents, technique, headshots and dance shots, heels, on camera, guest teachers, artist experience and more! Dancers will be divided into groups by age. 

Dancers and faculty will live together in an awesome mansion and all meals are included. Dance classes will take place inside and in an outdoor studio and seminars will be held in the indoor theatre room. 

Space will be limited as we are only doing one session so we recommend applying early. 

$5,000 for the 12-day intensive

Audition requirements:

Dancers must submit a video that includes a one min bio/intro, a 1-2 min dance clip in a technical style ( ballet, contemporary, jazz, etc), a 1-2 min dance clip in a commercial style ( hip-hop, heels, jazz, etc), and a full body dance or editorial photo. Please include your name, email and insta handle in this video. These must be combined into one video.
